All your orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp messaging service.

You may think that 1-3 business days for processing your orders might be longer than usual. And you may be right.

We're based out of this quaint, ridiculously slow-moving but stunning place called Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh. While we have tied up with very professional courier partners who try their best to pick up your orders on time, there still can be a few delays due to logistics.

Since we only offer Domestic shipping and delivery at the moment, you're not liable to pay any taxes on your order.
