Job Summary
The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth in the hospitality sector and securing contract manufacturing clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the skincare or cosmetics industry, and a deep understanding of the hospitality sector.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality sector and contract manufacturing market. Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, spas, and other hospitality institutions. Provide exceptional service to existing clients and ensure their needs are met.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts for product manufacturing and supply. Ensure contracts are profitable and align with company goals.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales presentations, and campaigns tailored to the hospitality and contract manufacturing markets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and manufacturing capabilities. Provide clients with technical information and support to ensure they select the best solutions for their needs.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Present findings to senior management.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve collective and individual sales goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, or hospitality industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client bases.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospitality sector and contract manufacturing market. Familiarity with skincare and cosmetic products is highly desirable.
- Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and manage client relationships.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead a sales team.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
